TriMetals Mining Inc. Obtains State of Nevada Permit to Appropriate Water

October 8, 2015

October 8, 2015, Vancouver, British Columbia—TriMetals Mining Inc. (TSX: TMI and TMI.B, US OTCQX: TMIAF and TMIBF), (the “Company”), is pleased to announce that it has obtained a State of Nevada permit to appropriate water within the Escalante Desert water basin which covers a significant portion of the Gold Springs project area. The permit allows for up to 900 acre feet of water annually to be used for mining, milling and domestic uses. These waters along with other water rights currently under contract and also designated for mining and milling use, total 965 acre feet of water annually.

Ralph Fitch, President and CEO, stated, “Importantly, these water rights are likely adequate to support a 10,000-15,000 tonne per day mining and heap leach operation, further reducing the risks associated with the Gold Springs project and the future development of the resource. With the recent re-start of drilling we are entering a very exciting period for the project which we will communicate with regular news releases.”

The Company recently updated the Preliminary Economic Assessment and mineral resource estimate for Gold Springs (Press Release August 12, 2015). The PEA continues to demonstrate very positive economics for the growing resource. The acquisition of water rights to be used for mining activities is another step in the process of readying the project for potential future development.
